Once you place an order with Chippan, you will receive an order confirmation email. Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details via Email and SMS to keep you updated on your package's journey.

Shipping Policy

At Chippan, we value our customers' time and money. We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their purchased products in the best condition and within the promised timeline. To achieve this, we have partnered with top logistics and courier companies like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Kerry Indev, and Ecom Express to ensure timely deliveries.

Delivery Timeline: The delivery time will depend on your delivery address. As a guideline:

For Metros and Tier 1 cities, delivery typically takes 4-7 working days.
For Tier 2 & 3 cities and rural areas, delivery might take 10-12 working days.
Delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days depending on the location. Tracking details will be provided to you via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Fee within India:

Free shipping for orders with a cart value of ₹499 or more.
For orders under ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 will apply. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
